DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Free delivery (Affordable Atas Delivery) applies only if the order consists entirely of overstock products.
• If the order includes other products, a flat RM180 delivery fee applies.
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days after order processing.
• Unloading: Only to the designated unloading point (see details below).
• Goods must be checked within 3 days upon delivery.
• Maximum weight per order: 3 tons (3000 kg). For heavier orders, additional charges may apply—please contact us at 012-6674662 for assistance.
• Site must be accessible by a lorry.
• Note: Certain postcodes within Klang Valley are categorized under Zone B due to logistical reasons. The delivery fee will be auto-calculated at checkout based on the postcode entered.

Unloading is strictly limited to the following areas:

• Landed Homes: Only in the car porch. Customers must prepare space for unloading. Back alleys and side entrances are not allowed due to access limitations.
• Non-Landed Homes (Condo, Apartment, etc.): Only at the designated loading bay.
• Shoplots: Only at the loading bay or ground floor. If unloading at the first floor, customers must prepare the closest parking spot for easy unloading. Customers must prepare space for unloading. Back alleys and side entrances are not allowed due to access limitations.

• Unloading locations cannot be changed after the items have been unloaded.
• Orders exceeding 3,000 kg require a dedicated lorry for delivery—please contact us at 012-6674662 for assistance.
• Customers must arrange their own manpower to unload items above 3,000 kg.

• Urgent deliveries in both Zone A and Zone B are available with additional charges (no manpower provided).

• Redelivery charges apply if the recipient is unavailable.
• Customers must arrange their own manpower for moving goods beyond the unloading area.
• Damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

• Buyers can request returns for orders that contain only Overstock items.
• Items must be in unused and original condition to be eligible for returns.
• New items will not be eligible for returns.

• Buyers must initiate the return process by completing a Return Form on the HOMA website within 7 days of receiving the items.
• HOMA will respond to return requests within 24 hours of submission.

• The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of items to HOMA's warehouse in Klang, Selangor.
• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

• Upon receiving the returned items, HOMA's warehouse team will verify their condition.
• If the items meet the return requirements (unused and original condition), a refund will be provided in the form of store credit.
• The store credit will be applied to the buyer's HOMA2U account within 24 hours after verification.

• The store credit can be used for future purchases on HOMA's platform. It will follow all applicable delivery policies.
