Delivery Lead Time

Drop-Off & Unloading Points
- Landed Homes: Delivery to the car porch only. Customers must ensure unloading space is available. Back alleys and side entrances are not allowed.
- High-Rise Residences: Delivery is limited to the designated loading bay. No deliveries to unit floors.
- Landed Homes: Delivery to the ground floor or loading bay only. First-floor unloading requires accessible parking, prepared by the customer
Notes:
- Lorries used do not come with crane or tailgate.
- Special unloading requests must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Redelivery charges apply if the recipient is unavailable during scheduled delivery.
- Damages or defects must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for overstock items, under the conditions below.
Return Process for Overstock Items
1. Return Request & Confirmation
Complete the return form on our website within 7 days of receiving your item.
Our Customer Care team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
2. Return Arrangement
Customers must arrange and cover the cost of returning the item to our Klang, Selangor warehouse.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
3. Inspection & Store Credit
Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, store credit will be issued within 24 hours.
Store credit is valid for future purchases on HOMA2u.com and is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and subject to standard delivery policies.
Important Notes on Overstock Items
Overstock and clearance items are sold as-is, and the following apply:
- No manufacturer warranty applies.
- Packaging may vary from original.
- Variation in tone, size, or packaging may occur and is not considered a defect.
- Refunds are issued only as store credit, unless otherwise required by law
HOMA2u is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or installation. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or logistic delays
Acceptance of Delivery
By signing for delivery, you confirm the item was received in good condition unless damage is reported within 3 calendar days.
Responsibility transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
